Our two service & support headquarters are located in Aarhus, Denmark and in Bad Hersfeld Germany (Caldan Service GmbH). All our worldwide service activities are coordinated and planned from these two support units.

As part of our worldwide service concept every installed conveyor system is backed up by a customized service quotation, giving you the easy overview of needed spare parts, recommended service intervals, Caldan service contact etc.

To ensure that your Caldan conveyor system is running safely and fault free we strongly advices you to have an annual inspection carried out by our in-house service engineers. Our best recommendation however, is signing a customized service contract with Caldan. Taking this step will provide you with a high-grade service solution for the entire lifetime of your conveyor system.
