\u00c4nderungen in der CALDAN-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Um den langfristigen Erfolg von CALDAN zu sichern, haben wir zum 1. Januar 2022 die folgenden \u00c4nderungen in unserer Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung vor-genommen:
\u2022<\/strong> <\/span>Claus N\u00f8rgaard \u00fcbernimmt die Rolle des Chief Executive Officer (CEO) der Gruppe, nachdem er vier Jahre lang als Chief Operational Officer (COO) t\u00e4tig war. Mit dem neuen Titel \u00fcbernimmt er die oberste Verantwortung f\u00fcr die F\u00fchrung und die Gesamtstrategie von CALDAN sowie die allgemeine Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit unserem schwedischen Eigent\u00fcmer, Axel Johnson Intl.<\/p>\n

„Ich freue mich auf die Zusammenarbeit mit meinem starken Team von Managern und Mitarbeitern, um CALDAN auf die n\u00e4chste Stufe unserer Pl\u00e4ne und Wachstumsstrategie zu bringen. Das Wichtigste f\u00fcr mich ist es, sicherzustellen, dass die Organisation in der Zukunft navigieren kann, ihre Flexibilit\u00e4t und Ergebnisse beibeh\u00e4lt und ein attraktiver Arbeitsplatz f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Generationen ist“<\/em>, sagt Claus N\u00f8rgaard.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Nachdem sie CALDAN seit 1994 geleitet und gestaltet haben, haben sich Niels und Jens Calundan entschlossen, neue Rollen als Sales Directors in der Gruppe zu \u00fcbernehmen. Mit den neuen Rollen geht die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Festlegung der Gesamtvertriebsstrategie und die Sicherstellung ihrer Umsetzung auf unseren Exportm\u00e4rkten sowie f\u00fcr das gesamte Key-Account-Management einher. „Dieser neue Schritt gibt uns die einmalige Gelegenheit, uns unserer Haupt-leidenschaft, dem Verkauf, dem engen Kunden-kontakt und der Produktinnovation zu widmen“<\/em>, sagt Niels Calundan.„Wir sind \u00fcberzeugt, dass dieser Wechsel die Kultur bei CALDAN sichert und gleichzeitig weiteres Wachstum und Stabilit\u00e4t bringen wird“<\/em>, erg\u00e4nzt Jens Calundan.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Der zuk\u00fcnftige Vorstand wird aus Jens & Niels Calundan und Claus N\u00f8rgaard bestehen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden Jens und Niels Calundan als Aktion\u00e4re ihre Positionen im Board of Directors von CALDAN beibehalten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
