Der VLD wird typisch mit unserem Hoch- geschwindigkeitsrotationssystem f\u00fcr die automatische Beschichtung ausgestattet. Der VLD bietet selbst beim Einsatz in rauer Umgebung eine einzigartige Stabilit\u00e4t und Positionierungsgenauigkeit.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Der VLD ist:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leistungsf\u00e4hig durch den Einsatz von Standardketten Komponenten <br \/>und geringem Bedarf an Wartung und Personalschulung<\/li>\n<li>Platzsparend, da der VLD mit engen horizontalen Kurvenradien gestaltet werden kann.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Spezifikationen:<\/span><br \/><\/strong>Das VLD-Bodenf\u00f6rdersystem arbeitet mit festem Warentr\u00e4gerabstand entweder im kontinuierlichen oder getakteten Betrieb.<\/p>\n<p>Die hohe Positionierungsgenauigkeit des Warentr\u00e4gers wird durch eine direkt an der Transportkette angebrachte horizontale F\u00fchrungsrolle gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Doppelseitige F\u00fchrungsschienen gew\u00e4hrleisten die seitliche Stabilit\u00e4t des Warentr\u00e4gers, wann immer erforderlich, z. B. im Beladebereich, beim Lackieren oder in Roboterhantierungsbereichen.<\/p>\n<p>Der VLD besteht aus einer CALDAN Standardprofilschiene in Kombination mit horizontalen und vertikalen B\u00f6gen.
