P&F380 – Power & Free
overhead conveyor technology
Are you in search of a reliable and efficient conveyor system with a load capacity of up to 500 kg? Our flexible Power & Free overhead conveyor system offers seamless and dependable accumulation solutions in in-line, 45°, and 90° buffer zones. Experience smooth trolley transfers between conveyor circuits, significantly reducing the need for costly transfer units and cutting down on system expenses. Our unique trolley and accumulation stop design ensures instant and highly reliable wagon separation in accumulating zones.
The use of modular components grants you complete freedom in configuring your conveyor circuit layout. We employ rigorously tested, high-quality components, providing you with confidence in operation, even in the most demanding working environments. Enjoy noiseless accumulation through the frictionless disengagement of trolleys from the conveyor chain drive.
Key Specifications:
• The P&F380 Power & Free overhead conveyor features two CALDAN
straight profiles.
• In the upper “Power” profile, a cardan chain is powered by one or more
drive units.
• In the underlying “Free” profile, wagons are driven by power chain carriers
through pivotal pawls attached to the trolley’s front and back.
Our chain carrier pitch and accumulation distance are customizable according to your specific requirements. Wagons can be separated and accumulated in-line, at a 45° angle, or at a 90° angle within accumulation zones, depending on your handling needs. When the trolley enters a closed accumulation stop or reaches the “tail” of the preceding trolley, the trolley’s accumulation lever is raised, and the pawl units are lowered, disengaging the trolley from the chain carriers.
The P&F380 can handle loads in up to 30° rise and fall sections, depending on the load, thanks to a unique link between the chain carriers and trolley pawls. Today, our conveyor systems serve a wide range of industries in numerous countries. We take pride in being the go-to company for solutions in materials handling, surface treatment, and various other production line challenges.
