Our SCADA & HMI solutions

SCADA:
The preferred SCADA solution in CALDAN controls is Beckhoff Hardware and Aveva Egde. Standard we use 15” touch screens in both in main panel at the operator boxes. These are placed where the operators handle the wagons and items. If needed, these panels can be delivered in various sizes:

• Beckhoff deliver a wide range of touch panels in several different sizes.
  
  
• One of the advantages of selecting Beckhoff is the licence policy. If you have a control system with more screens, you only need to buy one run time and one client licence for each extra screen.
  
  
• Beckhoff also offer a replacement of your panel within 24 hours if you have a Beckhoff panel installed.
  
  
• The SCADA solution is preferred where the visualization solution is more advanced, e.g. when a database is required. In this situation, we use an industrial PC by Beckhoff and install an SQL database for handling the data.

HMI:
The preferred HMI solution in CALDAN controls is Siemens hardware and software. Standard we use 15” touch screens in the main panel and the same at the operator boxes. These are placed where the operators handle the wagons and items. If needed, these panels can be delivered in various sizes:
