Maintenance & Reporting:
We offer a spare part package and on-site electrical service upon request to assist in maintaining production without any interruptions. Our team inspects the system and guides the operator and service team to minimize downtime. A report is generated after every inspection, highlighting products near the end of their life and parts with long lead times.
Transient protection:
• Removes peaks so they do not damage the electrical components
• Suitable in areas which struggle with lightning
Electrical documentation – EPLAN:
All electrical diagrams are, by default, prepared in the electrical engineering software ‘PC Schematic’. All documentation is delivered as PDF documents. However, on-request, documentation can be prepared in EPLAN.
UL Certification / ATEX & FM Rating:
For Projects in North America, CALDAN can build their control cabinets to UL698A & UL508A. This means no on-site UL inspection is needed, saving time and money. CALDAN can design panels to meet all ATEX and FM ratings, inclu-ding Zone 1&2 and Class 1&2 Div 1&2.

Hoists & Hoist Controls:
CALDAN can build hoist cabinets to fit our standard lifts. All hoists include double brakes, wire encoders, and wireless controls and are built in compliance with EN619-2022 regulations.

Maintenance Sections & Scheduling:
The CALDAN Control System can automatically send wagons to the maintenance section for service intervals or when a regular fault is detected with certain wagons.

Wagon Verification:
Wagons can be verified through numerous methods, including the simple binary reader, or can move up towards RFID readers and QR Binary Readers.
