Axel Johnson International expands within
industrial automation through acquisition
of the majority of shares in CALDAN
Axel Johnson International (AJI) has entered into an agreement to acquire the majority of the shares in CALDAN Conveyor A/S. ”Becoming part of AJI will create many new opportunities for our customers, business partners and employees, and we look forward to continuing to lead the company” says the two CEOs Jens and Niels Calundan.
