Specifications:
The Inverted SINGLE LINE overhead conveyor comprises a standard CALDAN profile, complemented by horizontal and vertical curves. A cardan chain with fixed carriers is driven in the standard profile, powered by one or several drive units, offering adjustable speed options. Items are conveyed suspended either directly from the carriers or via specially designed suspension devices and work jigs (customized designs). To prevent workpiece contamination, the conveyor’s track opens upwards, with C-hooks attached to the cardan chain for workpiece transport.

Common suspension versions include:
• One-Point turning device, with or without fixation.
• Load bar attached to 2 or 4 chain carriers.
