CALDAN Group, part of Axel Johnson International, has announced a change in its leadership. Claus Nørgaard steps down as Managing Director of CALDAN Group following a mutual agreement with Axel Johnson International. Hans Gustav Rasmussen, previously CFO of CALDAN Group, takes over as Managing Director (MD) with immediate effect.

Hans Gustav joined CALDAN as Group CFO in 2022, following 14 years in finance leadership roles at Vestas Wind Systems. Since joining, he has been an integral member of the management team and has played a key role in driving several strategically important initiatives, consistently approaching the business from a value chain perspective and with a focus on the people and processes behind the numbers. He enjoys spending time on the production floor to engage, understand and learn.
