The CVFA conveyor was originally developed for the specific requirements of glassmakers and cosmetic decorators, and is now widely used for the surface treatment and painting of glass and plastic products. Compact, stable and easy to maintain, it is the ideal solution for short, efficient production lines.
Designed for Surface Treatment & Painting:
The CVFA is built for precise product transfer through coating, painting, and surface treatment processes. Its modular architecture includes customized return wheels, a main drive unit, and an independent or motorized tensioning system. Multiple rotators, including mechanical versions for specific chambers such as IR zones, can be integrated along the line.
Robust, Stable, Reliable:
• High load capacity per carrier element
• Perfect balance for bottles, flasks, and small containers
• Strict adherence to customer tolerances
• Durable construction with minimal, quick maintenance
Recognized by industry specialists, the CVFA delivers the stability and precision required for high-quality coating operations.
Key Advantages:
Ultra-Compact Curves:
Turning radii up to 75% smaller than standard conveyors, enabling smaller ovens, reduced energy use, and minimal factory footprint.
Simple & Clean Maintenance:
The design is free of retention zones, and the subassemblies are low-maintenance and easy to access.
Stable Handling in All Critical Zones:
Reliable movement for loading, unloading, painting, and robotized operations.
Applications & Operation:
• Ideal for bottles, flasks, and small plastic containers used in surface treatment and decorative processes.
• Speed adjustable from 2 to 6 m/min for smooth, robot-friendly transport.
• Continuous loading/unloading is possible using an integrated compensation loop for higher productivity.
